  1. How many days in advance can I book the order
    • We take orders from 3 days to 3 Months in advance.

 

  1. To which cities do we deliver the flowers
    • Now we are delivering only in Bangalore. Delivery to other Indian cities will be started soon.

 

  1. Selecting right delivery date
    • When placing your order please select the right Delivery Date. Example if you want to use the Garland on 14th February, select the delivery date as 13th

 

  1. Delivery Time
    • We delivery between 9:00 Am to 9:00 Pm on your delivery date.

 

  1. What is Self Pick-up:
    • This is the best option to take fresh flowers at the exact time you require & save delivery charges. While placing order you can select self pickup option & enter the date & time you want your order to be ready. Our artists will make your flowers 1 to 2 Hours before delivery time and store it in our Cold room. You can send your driver, Maid, friend etc with Invoice copy / Order details and pick up your order. For delivery, our Cold rooms will be open from 8:00 Am to 10:00 Pm all 365 days. We are expanding our Production units and Cold rooms. As of now it is available only in Bangalore city at Wilson garden – 560027.

 

  1. How long does flowers stay fresh
    • Flowers stay fresh Upto 3 days if Stored properly
    • Jasmine blooms faster compared to other flowers
    • Rose, Orchid & Carnations stay fresh for longer time
    • Sugandaraja, Pink, Peach & Yellow Rose edges get black due to Moisture, that is normal
    • Blue Orchid is a natural flower colored with artificial dye which does not stick to clothes unless there is excess Humidity.

 

  1. Storage Instructions:
    • Best: After receiving the flowers store them in Refrigerator (Where fruits and flowers are stored) not in Freezer (Where Ice is made). Flowers can be fresh upto 3 days if refrigerated under 3 – 10 Degree C
    • 2nd Best: Keep it in A/c Room
    • 3rd Best: If neither Refrigerator nor A/c is available. Pl Spray/Sprinkle some cold water on Flowers & keep it in shade in open area with good ventilation
      • NOTE: Never keep flowers in direct sunlight or near any other source of excessive heat.
      • All flowers benefit from a daily mist of water.
